1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of mangoes, we accept returns and offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • The mangoes arrived damaged or spoiled.

  • You received the wrong variety or quantity.

  • The product does not match the description on our website.

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items along with your order number.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • A change of mind after purchase.

  • Minor variations in color, shape, or size (since mangoes are natural products).

  • Delayed delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or courier delays).

3. Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Alternatively, you may opt for a replacement order (subject to availability).

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

  • Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
